Greetings,<\/p>\n

I send you this letter to explain the situation that our organization is going through in order to ensure that you are all awarded about all issues and what your organization’s Executive Bureau has done since you honored me with your trust and elected me at the helm of AASC in Maputo 2011, four years ago. At our accession, we found: an empty treasury, no headquarters only a room in the Supreme Council of Sports in Africa, no staff and no activities!! \u00a0This situation was very bad and completely unacceptable from all of us.<\/p>\n

You have conferred us your trust in order to develop and revive our Organization, which includes all sports confederations, 48 confederations are the pillar of the African Games: as we are the athletes, coaches, umpires, and officials … Could the All Africa Games be hold without us? Is it appropriated that our organization being humiliated, weak and just followers…<\/p>\n

This painful situation pushed your Executive Bureau to set up a strategy seeking for: the advancement of our organization; becoming partners and not followers; having our adequate headquarters; the staff to manage the day-to-day works; our budget; receiving primarily our share of the African Gomes’s incomes, and as I mentioned before becoming partners and not just followers under the tutelage of any person or any other body …<\/p>\n

This approach irritated the guardians we obeyed before their orders and waited for the crumbs if they were content with us because they want that AASC only last as a weak organization without any role…<\/p>\n

The extensive war has begun against us and will not stop until we come back and last as subjects and followers. However, we had our determination to continue the way for the renaissance of our Organization.<\/p>\n

According to the Sports Ministers’ decisions, the “owner of the African Games” the African Union invited our organization as a mainly part to participate in the sessions aiming to draft a cooperation agreement to manage various affairs. However, our primary partner “ANOCA” did not participate to these meetings and asked us to join them and leave the situation as the previous one…<\/p>\n

How do we leave such opportunity to correct the status quo with my full faith that the African Sport is like a bird with two powerful wings to fly. These two wings are ANOCA and AASC under the umbrella of our Ministers and the African Union … This position has raised onslaught against me personally: “How come I work \u00a0… How come I rebel \u00a0… our seeking to develop our organization is considered as a rebellion and it was determined to attack us.<\/p>\n

But we stood fast relying on God and the trust of who elected us and entrust our organization to us and believe in our good management..<\/p>\n

A report – belonging to one of the leaders who directed their fire at us – leaked out, and it contains a very serious phrase, namely, (we must become part of the AASC Executive Bureau<\/i><\/b>…) <\/i>showing their aim to control AASC from the inside. They have started already the implementation of the scheme, kindly have a look and review the names of the candidates and their identities…<\/p>\n

I interpreted that the numerous candidates for the AASC Executive Bureau for the new term 2015-2019 is an evidence of the success we achieved during the ended term, because AASC now in the new-look has: a headquarters granted by the Cameroon Government to whom we extend our deep thanks. This Headquarter is a villa located within the area specified for the embassies and enjoys a diplomatic immunity status. The headquarters’ agreement was been signed with His Excellency the Foreign Minister of Cameroon. Moreover, a modern vehicle with a political body numbers was been granted for AASC and the most important was a team of staff paid monthly by the Cameroon government in order to help our Organization.<\/p>\n

During the meeting with the Sport Minister of Cameroon in Brazzaville on the sidelines of the All African Games, he promised to provide financial support from Government of Cameroon…. Why do we abandon this!<\/p>\n

We held a seminar for Secretaries Generals of African Sports Confederations in Yaound\u00e9, and made necessary preparations for the first tournament organized by AASC “Championships of Sports Combat” … We have already started the activities… These successes achieved for the first time in the history of our Organization do not satisfy who want us to be followers … we did not care and move forward….<\/p>\n

I announced before that I will not run for presidency post once again as I was satisfied with the recorded achievements. However, a number of African sports confederations leaders met with me in Congo and rejected the idea of not submitting my candidacy and asked me to run for the presidency post for the next term in order to continue the process of success. With all respect and gratitude, I met their wish and submitted my candidacy application where there were two other candidates for same post, and unfortunately they are my compatriot.<\/p>\n

The enemies of our Organization are carrying on me all kinds of pressures, as they have decided not allow me to have another term.\u00a0 However, I trust Allah and have the support of the leaders of many African Sports Confederations who are seeking for the welfare and advancement of our organization.
\nOur meeting in Cairo on October 19 is the day of determination; it is the day of our Elective General Assembly.<\/p>\n

Your decision will determine the destiny of our Organization.\u00a0 We have found the path to success, thus we shall move forward for the benefit of our confederations, our sports, our athletes and the Youth of our Continent.<\/p>\n

Dear Colleagues, I recommended that you are bearing in mind the welfare of the African Sports and the Future of our African Youth when you elect your representatives the AASC Executive Bureau of next term.<\/p>\n

\nJe vous adresse cette lettre pour expliquer la situation que notre organisation faisait face afin d’\u00eatre s\u00fbr et certain que vous \u00eates tous au courtant de toutes les questions ainsi\u00a0\u00a0 les activit\u00e9s accomplies par le Bureau Ex\u00e9cutif de votre organisation depuis que vous m’ avez \u00a0honor\u00e9 de votre confiance et m’a \u00e9lu \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l’UCSA il ya quatre ans \u00e0 Maputo 2011. Lors de notre accession, nous avons trouv\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir\u00a0: la tr\u00e9sorerie vide, non-existence d’un si\u00e8ge, seulement un bureau au Conseil Supr\u00eame du Sport en Afrique, pas de personnel et absence des activit\u00e9s\u00a0! Cette situation \u00e9tait bien pire et absolument inacceptable de la part de nous tous.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Vous nous avez accord\u00e9 votre confiance en vue de d\u00e9velopper et de faire revivre notre Organisation qui groupe toutes les conf\u00e9d\u00e9rations Sportives Africaines, 48 conf\u00e9d\u00e9rations sont le pilier des Jeux Africains\u00a0: puisque nous sommes les athl\u00e8tes, les entra\u00eeneurs, les arbitres et les officiels … Puissent les \u00e9ditions des Jeux Africains \u00eatre organis\u00e9 en notre absence\u00a0? Est-il correct que notre organisation soit humili\u00e9, faible et seulement suiveurs …<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cette situation p\u00e9nible a pouss\u00e9 votre Bureau Ex\u00e9cutif \u00e0 mettre en place une strat\u00e9gie visant pour\u00a0: l’avancement de notre organisation\u00a0; \u00eatre des partenaires et non pas des suiveurs\u00a0; avoir notre si\u00e8ge ad\u00e9quat\u00a0; le personnel pour g\u00e9rer les travaux quotidiens\u00a0; notre budget\u00a0; recevoir principalement notre quote-part des revenus des Jeux Africaine, et comme je l’ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9; devenir des partenaires et non pas seulement des suiveurs sous la tutelle d’une personne ou tout autre organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cette d\u00e9marche a irrit\u00e9 les gardiens dont auparavant nous avons ob\u00e9i leurs commandes et nous attendions recevoir les miettes quant ils \u00e9taient content de nous parce qu’ils veulent que l’UCSA demeure seulement en tant qu’une organisation faible sans aucun r\u00f4le…<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Une vaste guerre a commenc\u00e9 contre nous et ne sera pas arr\u00eat\u00e9 jusqu’\u00e0 ce que nous redevenions et demeurions en tant que assujettis et suiveurs. Cependant, nous avons tenu notre d\u00e9termination \u00e0 poursuivre la voie pour la renaissance de notre Organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Selon les d\u00e9cisions des ministres des Sports, l’Union Africaine \u00able propri\u00e9taire des Jeux Africains” a invit\u00e9 notre organisation comme une partie principale pour participer \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions visant \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un accord de coop\u00e9ration pour g\u00e9rer des diff\u00e9rentes affaires. Cependant, notre partenaire principal ” l’ACNOA” n’a pas particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ces r\u00e9unions et nous a demand\u00e9 de lui joindre et de laisser la situation comme auparavant …<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Comment pouvons-nous laisser une telle occasion pour corriger le statu quo avec ma pleine confiance que le sport africain est comme un oiseau avec deux puissantes ailes pour pouvoir voler. Ces deux ailes sont l’ACNOA et l’UCSA sous l’\u00e9gide de nos ministres et de l’Union africaine … Cette position a soulev\u00e9 des attaques contre moi personnellement\u00a0: “Pourquoi je travaille … Comment je r\u00e9volte contre cette situation … nos efforts pour d\u00e9velopper notre organisation est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un acte de rebelle et la d\u00e9cision \u00e9tait prise \u00e0 nous attaquer.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mais nous avons r\u00e9sist\u00e9 croyant en Dieu et la confiance de ceux qui nous ont \u00e9lus et nous confie notre organisation et croire en notre bonne gestion.
\nUn rapport – de l’un des chefs qui ont men\u00e9 leur feu direct contre nous – a \u00e9t\u00e9 divulgu\u00e9, et il contient une phrase tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieuse, \u00e0 savoir, (Nous essayions de placer un des membres au sein du Comite Ex\u00e9cutif de l’UCSA …<\/i>) indiquant leur objectif de contr\u00f4ler l’UCSA de l’int\u00e9rieur. Ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre du plan. Veuillez jeter un coup d’\u0153il et examiner les noms des candidats et de leurs identit\u00e9s…<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 J’ai interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 que le nombre consid\u00e9rable des candidats pour les postes au sein du Bureau Ex\u00e9cutif de l’UCSA pour la nouvelle p\u00e9riode 2015-2019 est la preuve de la r\u00e9ussite que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pendant la p\u00e9riode qui vient de se terminer, car l’UCSA aujourd’hui jouit d’un new-look \u00e0 savoir: un si\u00e8ge accord\u00e9 par le gouvernement du Cameroun \u00e0 qui nous adressons nos profonds remerciements. Ce si\u00e8ge est une villa situ\u00e9e dans la zone consacr\u00e9e pour les ambassades et jouit d’un statut de l’immunit\u00e9 diplomatique. L’accord de si\u00e8ge a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 avec Son Excellence le Ministre des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res du Cameroun. De plus, un v\u00e9hicule moderne avec un num\u00e9ro de corps politiques a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 pour l’UCSA et le plus important \u00e9tait des personnels pay\u00e9 mensuellement par le gouvernement du Cameroun pour aider notre Organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lors de la r\u00e9union avec Son Excellence le Ministre du Sport du Cameroun \u00e0 Brazzaville en marge des Jeux Africains, il a promis d’accorder un appui financier du gouvernement Camerounais …. Pourquoi ne<\/s> nous renon\u00e7ons \u00e0 ces d\u00e9marches\u00a0!
\nNous avons organis\u00e9 un s\u00e9minaire pour les secr\u00e9taires g\u00e9n\u00e9raux des Conf\u00e9d\u00e9rations Sportives Africaines \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, et entam\u00e9 les pr\u00e9paratifs n\u00e9cessaires pour le premier tournoi organis\u00e9 par l’UCSA\u00a0 “Championnat des sports de combat” … les plans des activit\u00e9s ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 … Ces r\u00e9ussites r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans l’histoire de notre Organisation rendent m\u00e9contents ceux qui veulent que nous soyons des suiveurs … nous ne pr\u00eatons pas d’attention \u00e0 ces tentatives et nous allons en avant ….<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 J’ai auparavant annonc\u00e9 que je ne vais pas d\u00e9poser ma candidature pour la pr\u00e9sidence de l’UCSA une fois de plus comme j’\u00e9tais satisfait avec les r\u00e9alisations enregistr\u00e9es. Cependant, un certain nombre des chefs des Conf\u00e9d\u00e9rations Sportives Africaines m’ont rencontr\u00e9 au Congo et a rejet\u00e9 cette id\u00e9e, et m’ont demand\u00e9 de soumettre ma candidature pour la pr\u00e9sidence de l’UCSA pour le prochain mandat afin de poursuivre le processus de r\u00e9ussite d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9. Avec tout mon respect et gratitude, j’ai r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 leur souhait et d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ma candidature en m\u00eame temps il y a deux autres candidats pour le m\u00eame poste, et, malheureusement, ils sont mes compatriotes.<\/span><\/p>\n
